Tim Barnard: Solo on LTD Deluxe M-1000 Ebony

ESP ALL ACCESS COMMUNITY MEMBER SPOTLIGHT! Many of you probably checked out our recent "Lockdown Rockdown" contest, and a couple hundred of you submitted entries. One of the most impressive entries we received, as noted by our judging panel that included testament guitarist Alex Skolnick, was from an ESP All Access community member named Tim Barnard. It was therefore no surprise when we saw a video uploaded to the community by Tim that it was going to be good. He described this video as, "A mellow solo for an upcoming project using the Fortin Cali Suite developed by Neural DSP!", and whatever he's using for this, it's working well for him. We can see for ourselves that he's playing his LTD Deluxe M-1000 Ebony, a great guitar for serious shred players like Tim. It offers a set-thru, extra thin-U shaped maple neck, an alder body, and dual EMG 81 active pickups, with the resulting aggressive tone you'd expect. Tim offers Skype lessons and session work... reach out to him on his web site

If you're doing cool music with your ESP, ESP E-II, or LTD guitar or bass, upload a video to the ESP site and we might select you as the next ESP All Access Community Member to feature on our front page where thousands of other players can check you out! Get the details here.

The guitar in the video is Korean before the cost cutting things like the removal of the 12th fret inlay. The one ESP sells now is Indonesian and makes Gibson look like PRS.
