Got mine from year 2010. i think there's slight different at the horn but overall Absolutely great guitar and cant stop playing it.

Crazy nice instrument. It's out of the Japanese Custom Shop, so I'd expect as much. 

Also glad I got mine on first release, yeesh after tax lookin at 6K today? Whoooo.  I paid 4 like a year ago. 

I have the LTD one, I now have an opportunity to purchase the ESP one, what should I do?

I just received my preorder last week, and can honestly say I'm BLOWN AWAY by how great this guitar is!  Every detail is flawless, the playability is insane!  I wasn't sure how I'd like the scalloped upper frets, but I absolutely love them.  It just seethes Black album riffs. This just became my favorite Hammett guitar!  So happy with this thing!

This guitar is absolutely fantastic! It is very heavy which is a huge bonus. It feels like a full weight Les Paul that has been upgraded to the max. The Eclipse body shape looks better than the old one and new graphic is greatly improved. The quality is too notch and world class. The ESP Custom Shop is the best of the best. Thanks ESP!

Worth the wait and the Money!

Wow, I ordered this as a birthday present to myself and after months of waiting it finally arrived.

Perfectly balanced, not too heavy, and feels like hot butter in your hands.

Magnificent job with the fret and neck work, it plays like a dream and the frets are polished to a mirror shine. I have played a few KH3 LTDs in store and the ESP really just takes it that next level up.

Out of the box it came slightly detuned, and was easily tuned using the fine tuners. Action is absolutely perfect, not buzzing anywhere, easy to play cowboy chords on the lower neck and the scalloped 17-24 makes it feel like every shredder should have this feature.

I have one on order, so excited!  Any idea of when these will be landing at dealers in the States?

sorry this one is a flop for me - dont like the green spider and i am not feeling this new cutaway. the original was so much better, imo. why didn't they stick tot he original???
