Hi Im thinking of replacing my stock pups (neck & bridge) on my M302. Its mahony so I need high output pups cuz stock sounds too muddy for me. Could You recommend me something? I would like passive rather than active. Thanx a lot for any suggestions.

Dimarzio SUper 3 in bridge and a PAF pro in the neck

for bridge pickups I suggest the dimebucker or if you want to go with actives go with the seymour duncan blackout.

BK's are great, but expensive

duncans jb/jazz.

but still... maybe emgs 81/81.

edit: a dimebucker in the bridge - it's pretty bright and hot.

High output does not equal less muddy...

But anyway, you can try an Evo2/Evo neck set if you want...

The old HZ's they used to use on the old 300 series LTD's were muddy, I don't think it's the guitar. Try this suggestion.
