black inlay materials

    ive seen a few guys on the board build their own guitars. i was looking at making sone black ace of spades inlays but am not sure what material to use. i was thinking a black heavy nylon might be alright but was after a bit of guidance. any help would be great.

    plain black plastic should work... or use a dark wood like ebony, that would be cool

      I think the jackson DK2M's use black derlin so any similar material should work...ebony is another choice...

      Ace of spades would look cool black on maple...
