    ESP ALL ACCESS COMMUNITY MEMBER SPOTLIGHT! Here's Philippines-based rocker Ruben Baculo, using his super-modified LTD Deluxe EC-1000T CTM on his band's song "Negative Weight". Why do people modify guitars? Because they want to create an individual and unique look and/or sound. Since the very beginning, musicians have modded their ESPs in various ways. Ruben tweaked his guitar with a set of active Seymour Duncan Blackouts AHB-1 pickups, a GraphTech nut and saddle, and more. If you want to start modding your own guitar, some important advice: work with an experienced and qualified tech who knows the right way to install components and how to setup the guitar for you to your preferences.
