I just got one. Beautiful guitar and my fourth LTD. I might need to lower the action though - any tips?

    Hi LOTIS, Glad to hear you like this guitar! Please contact our customer service team at customerservice@espguitars.com  They should be able to help you. Sometimes you can tighten the truss rod which will straighten your neck and bring the action lower, if that isn't possible (because your neck is already very straight) then you will need to remove the saddle and sand the bottom of the saddle. IT's best to take your guitar to a professional repair person or guitar repair  shop to have this done correctly unless you are a DIY type person with the skills and tools to do this.

        Had a used one come in this week and this thinline 12 string LTD plays as well and sounds great as the Taylor T5 series for a quarter of the cost. I work for Guitar Center , I am very impressed.
