Are the screws for the cap of the battery-box screwd directly into the wood, or are there some heli-coil / threaded inlets glued in?

I‘m a little bit worried about the wear and tear of the threads over the years.

This guitar is STUNNING. I've had it for a week and cannot put it down. I got it used at a local music shop, and the previous owner didn't take very good care of it. I took it home and went to work cleaning it up and setting everything to my liking. Once I was done, I knew this guitar was going to be something special. Aside from the beautiful iridescent finish, everything about this guitar is perfect. The silky smooth feel of the stainless steel frets, the neck shape, the locking tuners, the hardtail...*chef's kiss* I've only owned super-strat style guitars, so I never thought I'd like the singlecut, but this one has proven me wrong. The Fishman pickups are the icing on the cake for this stellar instrument.

This is my second LTD and certainly won't be my last. Keep up the amazing work, ESP!

I received this guitar today. BTW this is a lefty,lol. The violet andromeda paint is beyond words,I can see so many different colors. This guitar was also made in Korea and not Indonesia. I was amazed that it arrived perfectly in tune but was shocked that strings weren't loose for shipping. I love the sound of the fluence pickups and the playability on the neck. The only thing that I didn't like especially for this price was the frets were sharp on the upper fret edges on both the top and bottom. Either they are not seated yet or they are raised for some reason. Not sure.. The construction and build quality on this guitar is very solid! Just ordered a tombstone case for this for added protection. I also ordered a mirage deluxe 87 in pink and have been waiting months but can't wait to play and review that one too,when i get it.. I highly recommend all ESP guitars!! Thank you ESP for making amazing guitars with a vast selection for us south paws!!!

Got this guitar this week. After a set up plays amazing. Love the Fishman pickups! One of the best finishes I have ever seen. ESP has some amazing employees glad to support this company!

No doubt that this is the best-looking guitar I've EVER owned. I doubt that the custom version with white binding looks as attractive as this LTD with black binding.

I am honestly not a TOM bridge, nor a Fishman Modern set fan, so some other configuration/spec of this model might be more favorable, but this is one kickass factory guitar from Korea. Beautiful and inspiring every time you actually have a look at its colors while playing.

I think I will switch to either the Fishman Classic or the Devin Townsend. The Modern bridge has unfavorable high frequencies in its profile.

I just got this and it's so much better in person! The paint is amazing,  the fishmans are fantastic and overall it's A+.

This Violet Andromeda says “L Available.” Is it available in left handed? I am a lefty, and I want this guitar more than anything... if I could find it available for me, I would buy it right now, without hesitation.

How long should the battery last? I got my guitar less than a week ago and the battery died already

I received this guitar on 4-10-20. Simply amazing the fit and finish are true to ESP standard. This thing is a beast with the fishmans in an ESP guitar. ESP knocked it out of the park.

Wow. Love love love thisncolor and the specs. Was thinking about the horizen in the M2 line, but these top end LTDs like this are hard to beat. A few years ago in Atlanta I played the cheaper ltd 256 from Vietnam. It was killer. Even the stock pickups sounded great to me, and I'm pretty picky about fret work and the nut and bridge, and the profile of the neck, and it was really nice. Whoever is designing these for ESP deserves a raise as far as I am concerned. This is a killer color, on a killer mid range budget guitar. Good stuff.  

This exact guitar with an Evertune bridge and maybe some Bareknuckle pickups, like the Miracle Man would be one kickass budget guitar!

Is there a 7 string in this color or a double cut 7 string ?? This color is dope!

I have two EC-1000s one see thru green with Duncan’s and black/grey FR.  this will be my third.  Is there going to be one of these made with a Floyd?  

This is a phenomenally beautiful instrument. I plan to buy one due to the pick ups and the paint. It will compliment my ESP LTD EC CZ 2 that my wonderful wife bought me from a local music store for next to nothing. I absolutely love my Eclipse. I have but one I can't say complaint but straplocks on such amazing creations would be well worth the extra 20 you would have to add to the price. Wonderful instruments. Can't wait to get another. I used to play Ibanez but not anymore. Thanks LTD.
