Purchased a Player Grade Arrow-1000 Violet Andromeda, beautuiful guitar!  Still not sure where the flaw is.  I thought I had found a little blemish, it was like an oblonged spec, first  I had thought it was dust, so had ignored it, but now after playing it and wiping it down afterwards, I went to look at the flaw to describe it in this review, now that flaw is gone!  Maybe it's lttle scratches on the plastic sheet covering the back plate?  But I am sure the backplate is not affected.  Maybe the dots are not centered on the neck binding?  But the dots are the same on my other two Ltd's that were not PG.  It arrived setup with .011" strings instead of 9's like stated here in the Specifications.  Had to go through and do a complete setup for 9's after re-stringing it.  Now the guitar is perfect, I want to say flawless (where is the flaw?), and plays awesome!  I have 2 other Ltd's, and I like this one the best.  I love the Violet Andromeda, different angles different colors, Red/Burgandy, Blue, and Purple, in dim lighting it looks black.  Where's the flaw?  Setup with wrong strings?  Plays great now!  Love it!  Glad I got it.

Please consider making a 1000 series without a tremolo

The Impermanent One

An Evertune version would be sick!

And an Extra Thin U neck!

I feel the same way. I already have two ESP LTD guitars with tremolos. I would love to have this violet andromeda gloss with string through fixed bridge and a neck and bridge pickup.

Does the guitar come with a satin or gloss neck?

Todd B. ESP

Hello, the neck matches the overall finish which is gloss.

Are the Korean and Indonesian made Arrow 1000s the same price? Considering people claim Korean gmade guitars are superior to Indonesian.

Todd B. ESP

Hi, all models with the same name will have the same price and specs regardless of where they are built.

We are currently manufacturing this model in both Korea and Indonesia. However, we constantly monitor production standards at our various factories in Asia where we produce LTD models. Should we determine that a certain facility is capable of manufacturing an instrument to ESP's required standard or better, we may decide to shift production, or in some cases share production of a model, wherever that factory may be located. The guitar should be of excellent quality regardless of where it's made, and it will have passed our own quality assurance testing.
