Hello, i'm thinking about buying this guitar and since it would be my first ESP i'm wondering if it stays in tune? I've head other guitars with this kind of headstock shape that went out of tune all the time (gibson). Thanks in advance.

It has locking tuners

when setup properly you should not have any issues staying in tune

String butler solves any tuning issues on 3+3 headstocks

I love this guitar- its so well crafted - i am really impressed every time i look at this beauty. The only thing i dislike is that the neck is called thin u, but  it is a lot different from my other ESP Eclipse E-ll Satin Black Bold Binding ( which is a lot thinner) and from my 4 other LTD EC-1000 Models- where the thin u neck is a little thinner and narrower. I wish all so called ‚thin u‘-necks would be the same or at least almost the same!

once again, thank you for sharing your thoughts on the thin u neck

Just bought the Black Burst Traditional, awesome guitar plays great sounds awesome , another fine guitar from ESP, goes good with my Natural Blue Fade,

Glad you are enjoying it!

Are there stainless steel frets on this guitar? Other photos I've seen online show the fretwire to be extra shiny. That would be awesome if this had stainless steel frets!

Carl N.

this will use nickel/silver fretwire, hope this helps

The intel definitely helps, but not so much for the GAS attack  I'm kinda hooked on stainless steel frets. If there's a way for me to order this with SS frets, I'll go all in.

Thank you for the info!

This is a HUGE step up for the ESP company. I've used your guitars for MANY years and even the ltd quality is impeccable. I hope demand for the Full Thickness becomes more appreciated to the point of producing other colors as well. I was really hopin to see an E2 in White. Seems it only comes in the thinner body. Cheers ~

thanks for the support
