Hello,

I purchased a Bk600 about a year ago, it did not come with a case.  I see it does now.  Does this guitar fit in the normal EC case or EC coffin case?  I wasn't sure with the full thickness body if it would.  If not, can I get a case that fits?

    Hi Scuono, Yes it will fit just fine in our regular EC Form Fit case. It also fits fine in our Tombstone EC form fit case.

      Hi! Here's my nerdy question. Is this guitar made of african or honduran mahogony?

        Hi George, sorry for my late reply to your question. We do use African mahogany mostly for our higher end brands such as ESP and E-II, and we use Honduran mahogany only for a few of our ESP models. For this BK-600 model we use lightweight Southeast Asian mahogany. Hope that helps.

          This is a total honey moon period initial impression. I bought this guitar planning to go massive heavy with tone and immediately found that splitting the neck pick up and playing bluesy licks makes my favorite noise ever

                I bought this guitar right after it came out. I know the place I got it from had it pre-ordered before the release and I have one of the earliest models. My guitar is an LTD version, but it has a Maple cap. It's a thick maple cap too. I can see it when I take put the pickups and can see it's maple when I remove screws from pickup brackets. It's white. The back of the guitar and headstock wood is red. 

                 

                How many of these were made with a maple cap? Was this accidentally put together this way? Was there a few early ones that we capped with Maple? Did I get an ESP body on my LTD version? I love it I'm just curious if anyone else has a Maple cap?

                  Just gonna throw this out there mine also has a thick cap of some kind. I'm not going to take anything apart to figure out if it's maple or not but it isn't one piece body
