i own an esp m-ii and a kh-2.

Kh-2 - one more volume knob, tone knob, neck is a little wider than M-ii, 3 way switch. you can get both with bolt on or neck thru.

M-ii - smaller neck, less knobs, toggle switch. brighter sounding to me. same pickups etc.
