                                    This is such a tough call, I absolutely love them both.  Both of them have awesome technique and can shredd with the best. Vai brings so many things to the table through sound expermentation and the best live performances one will ever see, but I did vote for Joe on this. Reason being I find more of his material to be more memorable. Joes sense of melody is great, he knows how to make a song without lyrics work as if it had lyrics. \m/
