          I couldn't decide so I bought one of each .  I'm not joking,  I have eclipses, horizons, m's, st's, te's, a hybrid, a viper, an ex and 2 xtones.  If I was just starting out from the begining I would probably buy an eclipse, but my favorite model is the 90's era horizion with tune o matic bridge.

                  I was playing another brand of "single cut" style guitar for about 5 years, and before that I was playing another Japanese band of super strat guitar. I found ESP last year through one of their endorsees, and happened to play one of the EC series. I immediately fell in love with the guitar. It was everything I had always done to my other guitars, Jumbo Frets, Thinner neck, Duncan Pickups, so it was a logical move. I love my EC series guitars. I think my next purchase will be a M series.
