The ESP Guitar Company

I need some help here pls from the ESP/LTD company. I sent a txt to ESP. And the person replied in the txt saying that i should take my beautiful LTD EC1000t guitar to a tech and have this person fix a FLAW that my guitar has. I work hard for my money and i spent 1800 dollars on a guitar (and company that i have total respect for. And to have a person from the company telling me to fix this probelm on my own. Well its like getting %@^@^... u know it doesnt it feel well when a company employee replies like that. pls help ESP
