Looks basically cosmetic to me, and could have a couple causes.  those cracks are in the binding not in the fretboard.  I'm gonna guess either the neck had a belly or back bow and then the truss rod was wrenched one way or the other.  Or, someone or something sat/stepped/put weight on the neck while it was laid down, or you've let it get cold and then it was warmed too quickly by taking a cold guitar out in a hot room or similar.  If they don't widen or deepen into the actual wood of your guitar don't worry.  Just be careful with temperature extremes going forward.  The binding could be replaced, but it wouldn't be cheap.  If you're good with tools:
