A couple of the guys mentioned here are World leaders in Rock Guitar. There dedication, technical skills and artistry will blow your mind. Some of them were playing ESP Guitars before anyone had heard of these greatly customisable Guitars. I have great respect for Japanese players as they know how to take Rock into new areas, opening styles and ideas never thought of in the West. 

Where's Syu and all the guys from Dir en Grey?

How do I get that .1 guitar in the USA. It's super slick and clean. I really like that look.

So sad too not see Syu in this list. ☹️

Great article, love Japan and love J-Rock so it’s great to see these amazing artists get a shout out in the states. My only issue — where are the ladies??  Lovebites, Mary’s Blood, Aldious, Bridear?  Pretty sure they all play ESP.  Next time perhaps.

Thanks guys! My friends and fellow ESP guitarists in Tokyo will be delighted to see this. I hope one day you will feature / spotlight Toki of the all-female rock band Aldious from Tokyo. Her signature ESP CHUNPA is a work of art. 

would've loved to see Toshiya get some love, his signature basses mean business
