Slayer: "Raining Blood" live on The Tonight Show

When you think of NBC's The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the first thing that comes to mind probably isn't the legendary thrash gods of Slayer. In fact, you probably don't think of metal at all. It hasn't been the most popular genre of late night talk shows by a mile. But on Thursday July 27, the world got a rather happy surprise when Slayer, featuring ESP players Tom Araya (vocals/bass) and Gary Holt (guitar), appeared on Fallon's show to perform their all-time most iconic song "Raining Blood". Tom, as expected, went on the show using his ESP Signature Series bass, while Gary performed using the one-of-a-kind ESP Eclipse that was painted using Gary's own blood. Seems appropriate!
