Hi! Is this model not in production anymore? I can't find it anywhere to sell.

Could you help me with this information? Thanks

Carl N.

This is a current model, you may want to reach out to your local ESP dealer to see if they could order one for you.

When will EC-401b be available again? Or how can I get one?

Carl N.

Unfortunately no plans to bring this model back at the moment

One of the saddles screws and retaining wire/spring broke on my EC-401. Any clue as to how to get a replacement?

Carl N.

Hey Ryan, you can reach out to our customer service department if this is a warranty claim you are trying to make, they can be reached at customerservice@espguitars.com  Otherwise there are a number of aftermarket retailers around where you can source a suitable replacement.

Hello ESP, I am looking for my first ever guitar and have been looking at the EC 401. I have been looking at reverb to look for a used one and stumbled across an ESP LTD EC-401QM. Before purchasing I wanted to confirm the guitar legit because it has some features that are not there such as the EC-401 on the inlays. Also the guitar states that it is made in Korea and not Indonesia. If you look it up on reverb ( ESP LTD 401) it should be the second one selling for 375$ ,but Everything looks very spot on.

Hey Noel, you'll want to reach out to our customer service department regarding model identification customerservice@espguitars.com Though, most people out there aren't faking 400 series LTDs, just from your description I'm willing to bet this is an older instrument.  Specifications change and the countries in which we have instruments made in change as well, shouldn't be cause for concern.
