How much variation is there on the finish on these? Do they typically all have the same amount of burn?

MICHAEL E.

Can you tell me the difference between the $6400 one and the $2700 one? that's quite a difference in price. Thank you

Todd B. ESP

The higher price version ESP is built in our custom shop. Because of that the pricing is much higher (custom shop pricing takes into account that each instrument is built by hand by one of our top luthiers). E-II production model however has the same look and build but at a lower price due to it being manufactured in our production facility where we build E-II models. My ESP RZK arrived in the mail today and it have chips on the sides and the top. It feels like the top layer of stuff isn't secured to the top of the guitar. Is this normal for these guitars?

If you'd like to send some images of your instrument over to our customer service team at customerservice@espguitars.com they should be able to assist you with this.

If I custom ordered the ESP RZK-1 Burnt, would it cost around the same as this guitar? Or is there always an additional charge for a custom shop order? I assume that all these guitars are made to order anyway, right?

Also, would such an order be possible to further customize? Like substituting Gotoh locking tuners? Or something more involved like substituting the Floyd Rose bridge for an Evertune instead?
