The perfect guitar! That finish / granite paint job is killer !
w/ maple cap means with out?
OK so I recently bought this exact guitar in Granite sparkle and everything seemed amazing on it until I compared it to my EC-1000 VB. Why on earth would ESP but a non locking, inferior quality zinc saddle Gotoh TOM and tailpiece on the E-ll and a much better quality brass saddle TonePros TOM and tailpiece on the LTD EC-1000? Someone make it make sense please. I know the ESP is MIJ and much better build quality overall but cutting cost on one of the most important parts of your tone seems a bit wonky to me being that the E-ll costs an extra $1500. I went ahead and swapped out the Gotoh for a TonePros because it just makes sense for such a nice guitar. Thoughts?
Just scored one of these on a trade. What does “DB” mean and how does it differ from the “BB” models?
Why is the Granite Sparkle several hundred dollars more than the purple sparkle? It's the same exact model. Just curious.
Why is the Granite Sparkle more than the Purple Sparkle if it's the same guitar? Just curious before I buy one soon.
Beautiful but why not smooth the neck-heel like the single-bound ones?
My only complaint is... why did not smooth out the heel at the neck joint on this one and leave it all blocky?!
Me too! I really want this guitar but I really wish it was 24 frets with the smooth neck heel like you said
I want to say to Esp: this eclipse looks awesome, but, LTD come with SS frets, why on earth E-ii guitars come with niquel frets?. I’m not going to spend that money for a guitar without SS frets.
This guitar is beautiful! It is not a cheap paint job where only the front of the body is painted - the paint job includes both the front, the sides, and the back of the guitar as well!

Woo! Sparkley goodness, and left-handed too!
the brother to the sparkly pink one!
What a nice bride! Between beast and beautiful, wanna marry me?
sure, why not?
I have the red sparkle finish and i find this granite finish really original. Good job.
thanks for letting us know!
