      Hello, I am very interested by these Eclipse 87 NT but i don't like heavy guitars...so could you indicate the weight of this guitar and the weight of an EC 1000 or EC 401. I hesitate between both. thank by adavance for your come back best regards. Laurent from France

        They are about 8lbs but no two instruments have the same weight so they will vary from instrument to instrument.

          It not that heavy iv got a bad back and have no probs playing it standing for hours

            What was the reason for the 24.75” scale over a 25.5” scale like the other TE shapes? Awesome looking guitar though!

              Hey Jeremy, if you have ever seen the origin Eclipse instruments that we produced in the 80's you'll see this is the same specification as those instruments were.
