    Hey Priest, this will be 20mm at the first fret and 22mm at the 12th.  Hope this helps!

        Hey Priest, you'd have to look for the country of origin on the back of the headstock, though both factories are making these in the same manner so there is really no point in sourcing one from a specific factory.
