As sick as this is you guys should have really went with Fluence or at least a 57/66 set. I still dig my 81/85 and 81/60 sets but seems the industry is moving away from those older models. The guitar itself is awesome though

I’m still a big fan of EMG’s sound and overall aesthetics so I’m actually very pleased that they chose those over fluence.

Miguel that's good but that's why I suggested a 57/66 set, I don't see nearly the hatred for those as the 81/85(no dynamics, sterile, muddy, ugly, etc)

Alot of EMG users have switched over to those or the Het set. Go look at what ESP is stocking in the Custom shop models now.

Also this guitar looks good, it should have black chrome metalworks covers on the pups. The black plastic looks too cheap on this guitar.

IMO one of those sets would make this that much more desirable
