To second the comment below, have you remedied the balance on this guitar? Because it's an awesome guitar but it's so neck heavy. I don't want to drop $2500 for neck dive and have to drill to get the balance right...
Hey Myles, that is just the nature of instruments with this body shape as there is less material that make up the body. Personally I haven't had an issue with this or similar instruments with neck dive, I just hold onto the instrument and play it, problem solved.
Why won’t ya’ll move the strap buttons to better balance the instrument and eliminate neck dive?
Hi metalhed67, There are certain shapes such as this one which do not have the perfect balance of something like a Strat or any guitar with a more balanced body. You can move the button to the tip of the horn, that does help balance better, but it is more likely to break out the wood at the tip of the horn. This is why we use the traditional placement on the back of the horn.
What are the main differences between the E-II viper and an esp standard series viper prior to the E-II line? Any changes or same thing aside from pickups?
Hi Jack, The production facility and specs are the same, only the brand name has been changed.
Please tell me there are plans for a left handed version of these?
Camo or black
Hi Chris, No plans at this time but thanks for your suggestion. If you are in the US please contact Extreme Lefty guitars. They may be able to help. If they get enough requests sometimes we will make a small run for them.
Will the Urban camo be available for the baritone?
Hi Cain, This finish is not available for the Baritone version at this time.
