I would love this exact guitar in black natural burst in a 7 string version with an EMG 66-7/57-7 set. I know you do the FR7 model, I just love this colour and the headstock on this model. Would you ever release a model as I just stated?

Hey Stuart, no plans at the moment but thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the reply! Would it mean going through the custom shop? I can imagine that being a bit more expensive

Carl N.

Yes, any model you wish to have made could be made through our custom shop.  Though you could probably pick up three of these for the price of one custom.

I have wanted an e-ii since early 2018 and haven't had much help from two dealerships in town so I bought online. Originally I wanted a RDB one but a few deals fell through and then a BNB showed up at Reverb and I snatched it up. It just arrived last Sunday and WOW! It was everything I had imagined. This will be my main axe from now on for a long time to come. The BNB finish was absolutely stunning. The guitar plays and sound as good as it looks. Very pleased with it.

Hey V Y, thanks for sharing and glad you are enjoying it!

I would love to see ESP introduce roasted neck and fingerboard next year with natural finish, that would be super awesome!

Thanks for the recommendation Aydin!

I feel like this guitar is an example of (among other mid- and higher-tier model finishes)  how more of the LTD MH-1000/400 guitars should begin to look along with those two fade finishes (black cherry and violet shadow) already on the newer MH-series LTDs. The flamed maple top isn't really necessary, but on this guitar it does look nice.

The P/P coil splitting is something more guitars should have too --even better with an ACTIVE set. Gloss finishes with color and no unsightly binding. Minimal and refined. Definitely need a tone knob on every guitar though.
