Are these still available to order? I was told by a dealer that the White model was discontinued.

Do these still ship with the EMG “soapbar” style pups, or as the black variant is pictured with “earred” style pups?

I really like the specs of this guitar. Everything I’m looking for my next guitar I think this hits all the right marks for me. The only thing I’d hope to see re-designed would be the position of the tone knob as I feel it’s extremely too close to the upper strings. I know this is probably just a trend in industry because a lot of other guitars are made this way too, but personally I want that all pushed away from the strings/pickups because my hand feels cramped bumping into that while picking. I would rather prefer to have more of a flat surface in that area because in my opinion that’s way more comfortable than having a knob in that spot.

Simon Sludge another ESP guitarist that uses these pretty religiously says the same exact thing I’m talking about. He even has another version that was in a limited run release that I really think should be the standard for this model implemented that way (but having the tone knob relocated somewhere else further away from the strings/pickups.

Just a question, what is the tuning of this is it just b standard or something else?
