I ordered this guitar but mine has no body binding and a 2019 serial number, did the model change?

We appreciate you reaching out to us, and apologize for the delay in response, as we had to investigate this matter further.  This instrument should include binding as shown in the stock photograph, but it seems like a few of these were made with the incorrect specifications that made it to dealers.  We apologize for the confusion.  We can exchange this instrument if you wish.  Please provide your full name and shipping information, along with a copy of your original purchase receipt if you wish to take this route.  If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

            Hi Charles, Thanks. We will make a note of that. We are not able to offer all models in LH, but we do select some every year to add as LH models.

              Hey there, I had a question about the string gauge for this guitar. Is the string set 13 - 72, or something different? I liked the gauge that came on the guitar and would like to keep it the same. I like the tension on the Low B string with the default set, I play in Drop B.

                  En la foto que teneis de presentación de la guitarra veo que en la pala pone fabricado en korea y la que yo he comprado recientemente pone indonesia el número de serie IW18031283
