Jed

What does the s stand for in the model name?

Todd B. ESP

Hi Jed, We have many EC-1000 models in our lineup. When this version came out there were lots of EC-1000 models with fancy abalone and pearl purfling and inlays. We used the "S" for this model name because it had "Standard" features such as binding and inlays.

I am interested in this as lefty also. I have played a standard upside down for 20+ years. What would this cost with left handed body, but right handed neck?Email me a quite please.

Todd B. ESP

Hi Sean, We do not build special orders for LTD products. However I have some good news because this model will be available next year in a left handed version. So check back around the end of this year or beginning of next year. We will usually have new products listed on our site around that time and you can put in an advance order with one of our dealers if you like.

Could this be available in left handed

Todd B. ESP

Hi Max, This one is currently not available in left handed but it will be available LH next year.

Would love to see a guitar similar to this be released as a Viper. Same features with the carved neck heel, just different shape. It’s totallt unfortunate how neglected the Viper shape has become, one of my favorites.

Hey drakeexedge, Thanks for that suggestion. Yes the Viper doesn't get enough love, but it's a great model.

I agree - please sell a Viper with Fishman Fluence

Hi Marcus, Thanks for your suggestion.

This guitar with Floyd and coil tapped duncans would be just KILLER !
any plans on this soon ?

It's sad you cannot customize this settup on the custom shop section, just colors and hardware :(

Todd B. ESP

HI Alex, thanks for your recommendations. THere is no plan of this model yet. However you can customize almost any configuration from our custom shop. It's just not shown on our website because each order is unique.
