Hi I got a question. I got my b-10 couple of months and it sounds amazing, but there is a lot of buzzing on some frets and i made changes in the bridge but still have buzz. And also does the amp really make a diffrence or not?

Would like to see the current P bass lineup have the "reversed" P pickup as seen here, it provides a much more even balance of bass/treble across all the strings.

Im looking at getting new tuning pegs for mine, i cant figure out the size. Does anyone know what size tuning pegs i need

I bought my b-10 a while back and its a beautiful instrument in satin black.

Which makes it saddening that i had to give it in for repairs twice now. I have one that was made in china and i dont know if its a bad batch but i have had issues with the truss rod and neck for the entire time i've been having this instrument. Other than that it is a great guitar made out of solid materials with a very nice tone for the price. Definitely happy to have made this my first beginner bass guitar.

Hi!

Sorry for this stupid question.

I just received my B10, but there was no manual, or whatever, shipped with it.

I would like to know what are the 3 buttons related to. The first one (neck side) seems to be a volume, but what are the 2 others related to exactly?

Thanks in advance!

E.

Hello, Our user manual is not specific to every model however it provides a general overview for many types of models we sell. You can also find the general specs listed on each model's product page.

The controls on your bass are 1) Master Volume 2) Balance 3) Tone Boost.

You can find our general setup specs and guidelines in our owner's manual on our website support section here: https://cdn.connectsites.net/user_files/esp/site_assets/000/000/436/original.pdf

Does the B-10 have the same configuration as the old B-50?

Todd B. ESP

Yes basically the same configuration but it has a boost control.

What happens with B-50?

Todd B. ESP

B-50 has been discontinued a few years ago.

Is this bass good for a person who wants to learn how to play b10

Vlad P.

My local suplier (Muziker) says that it can't order this bass from you guys. Are they just not selling the bass anymore or did you guys stop making them?

Vlad P.

They replied to me and said the bass can't be ordered from the supplier... If that is you or someone else, I don't know, but I just want to get my bass man...

I got mine about a year ago, and it's fantastic.  Of course I'm a beginner on bass, but I don't think I could've made a better choice.

Carl N.

glad you enjoy it

not 1 availabe in canada.  seems there was never many here to begin with.  Im tempted to buy from the US and pay the extra fees.  sigh.  ended up placing order through Long & McQuade.  who knows how long it will take - website say out of stock at the supplier.

Carl N.

Best of luck getting one!

Having a hard time finding a dealer with the LTD B-10 in stock..

Carl N.

These should be readily available at most larger retailer chains

William M.

The sam ash, and guitar centers I checked said they would have to order them. Which is fine really..Just diddnt want to wait that long.

Austin C.

This is cheap for a bass. What makes it so cheap?

Carl N.

Hey Austin, entry level instruments will be more affordable than mid-level and higher end instruments.

Ye Olde Foxeh

Only one question comes in mind - why not make the battery easily accessible like even cheaper instruments all around the world? With a simple little lid? Why do we need to have a screwdriver around whenever we need to replace the battery?

Carl N.

Hey Foxeh, one reason, durability.  With the exception of the ashtry style battery box on E-II and ESP instruments most other "easy access" battery compartments, ones that flip outwards, break down over time.  The wires within are put under more stress and can be more prone to breaking.
