    Just got mine today, the perfect home for my 2003 MIJ Forest ("f bass") Original series. Like almost everyone else mentions, you really gotta give 'er some force to get your bass in the first few times. But don't sweat it, you won't damage anything. Put the treble side in first, then push down on the upper horn till it fits snug.

    I was concerned at first with the seeming lack of indentation for the neck, but things fit perfect. The lid closes tight enough to hold the bass snug without putting excess pressure on the headstock or any other part of the bass.

    The latches can pop open easily, so always LOCK the case before transport!

              It was extremely tight and just needed to be forced in a little. Once I forced it in a couple times it fits nice now.

                My F-205 doesn't fit in it.  It says ALL F series basses so what's up?
