Hello everyone!

I humbly present to you my "Odí sti Fýsi". A Single Demo Album with 3 Symphonic Black Metal compositions.

In modern Greek, it means: Ode to Nature. But in Ancient Greek, the word Fýsi refers to Gaia as well. Goddess of Earth and Mother of all Titans. In other words, this are chants to Mother Gaia. Due to Global Times we are facing, it just seemed appropriate.

A very personal and special project i ran by myself as guitar player and as music composer. To create something from scratch and be able to go through all stages, specially the emotional, is priceless.

- Connect to certain personal tragic moments in life in order to gather all emotions to get inspired, and make kind of a closure.
- Transcribe those emotions into basic melodies and then into more complex as it sounded in my head, for each and one of the instruments (9 to 12) with Guitar Pro.
- Test it on GP with good chain and setup with RSE.
- When all good, record the guitar only with a Focusrite, HX Stomp XL, use the GP export on other instruments as background.
- Import everything into Adobe Audition and do all masterization, equalization, compression, etc.

I know is not the most professional sound, but this was a really low budget project and I was looking for a starting point after around 11 years without playing a guitar and composing music. Considering this conditions, and that i actually had to learn lot of Guitar Pro and Audition while making transcriptions and compositions, I'm actually very satisfied with the result. i feel alive again.

A lot of love involved. Hope all you metalheads understand it lol.

Just wanted to share with all the community and leave a little contribution to music. Eventually, ill share the whole compositions.

I hope you like it and I'll try to continue this journey until my last breath, sharing what i create in the future with all of you.
