Neck thru because it is more comfortable to reach higher frets.
same here, better sustain, plus its more comfortable for me playing on the higher frets.

I prefer neck thru, like Aaron P. said they say its better sustain, maybe its just in my head, but a solid bolt on is just as good
I prefer bolt on only cuz if i break it, it can be replaced.
Some say better sustain and tone on neck thru which is what I voted for. But a good solid bolt-on is just as good IMO. plus if u damage a bolt-on neck it can be replaced, unlike a neck thru. I have a ESP KH2 with a bolt-on and it sounds just as good if not better than my LTD JH 600 neck thru.
