ESP LTD AX 400

    Hey guys, saw an AX 400 but it’s red. I haven’t been able to find any substantial info on it. Any help as to year, quality, price range would be super appreciated.  Thanks!

    This AX-400 could have been refinished, it may have been an exclusive model, or it could have been a factory sample that was not put into production.       I have one of these stock and it was red new. My memory is that I bought it new at Elderly Instruments in Lansing Michigan around 2008 ish. They had the red and the black. All is stock cept the strap buttons, and strings of course. I also recall seeing the choice of black or red on web pages of online stores back then. The Serial # if you can read from the photo is W0801313 - a lucky number I'd say. I've got the fitted case for it also.
