What have you noticed about your E-II compared to LTD 1000 series?

    Absolutely LOVE my new E-II Eclipse. I hesitated for years in getting one as the price point currently sits at roughly $2600, as opposed to the LTD 1000 series at roughly $1300. Got a good deal on an E-II that @Pushead verified for me (thanks again)
    I adore my EC1000 and it is a fantastic guitar and over the last 7 years its proven to be a great guitar.
    I am curious what differences you found and felt made the step up worth it.

    Here are my own:
    1. The fretboard is insanely smooth/playable

    2. The output from the pickups is much louder and fuller (This could be the picks up but I wonder if the pots play a factor)
    3. The tuners are better

    4. The guitar feels much more responsive

    What have you noticed comparing the E-II to other ESP's or LTD's?

      Tone and playability is better with E-II. The finishes look more highend in my subjective opinion. Generally the wuality is even better with E-II although the LTD quality is generally awesome too.
