Difference between M-II NT and Horizon NT-II

Could someone please outline the key differences between the ESP (or E-II) Horizon and M-II?

I've been looking at these two but also have been wondering more generally as well:

Yes they have different pickups and bridges, but other than that I'm not able to make out much else.  Both mahogany, both set-thru necks etc.

The Horizons have carved tops and non reversed 6 in line/cockstock headstocks. The MII has a reverse 6 in line headstock and the body is flat.

As mentioned above, aside from the specs available on the website, the main difference is going to be the body carve. Horizon has a carved/arched top while the MII has a 'strat/super strat' body, which is flat with a forearm contour.
