Help Identify Neck

    I bought this neck in 1995 on Ebay. Was signed on front and back of headstock by George Lynch. At time of purchase I was told it is an ESP neck off of a Kamikaze perhaps? I'm just trying to identify, so any help would be much appreciated. One picture shows red circles where the original neck screws were before being mounted onto a 1985 Baretta body.
