The ESP Guitar Company

Is there a reason the 1996 catalog isn't posted on ESP's website?  Did something odd happen that year?  I know that's when LTD was introduced.

I tried digging through Google and found a website with some crappy photos, but I wasn't able to get much out of it.  If anyone has one, I'd love to see it!
