go see a dentist and quit trying to eat emg's.
i've had the same problem from now-r-laters and sometimes jollyranchers after they soften up a little.
either your spring is super worn out or the screw or the (more likely) the tapped part of the pickup is stripped or busted.
Pull it apart and examine. If the pup isn't stripped, replace the screw and spring.
Hey guys, whats the fix for this problem, I'm sure there is one because it literally happens on 3 out of my 5 guitars. I'm pretty sick of having to raise my pups back up every few days.
I've never had that problem before therefore I cannot advise. :D

the pickup rings threads holding in the pickup screw is either stripped or is cracked, replace the springs, its a cheap and easy fix. and get some new screws while your at it, start off fresh.
