Grynch wiring replacement

Grynch wiring replacement

Hey all,

My Grynch has some electronics issues, the input jack is crackly and cuts out in positions and the volume pot cuts all signal when you turn it past 80%. I’ve tried cleaning the connectors with some electrical connector spray but it’s not solved the issue, so I think the next step is replacement of the jack and volume pot.

I’m thinking about getting the EMG solderless kit to replace it (not the best with soldering and don’t have a tech nearby), any idea if I need the short or long pot kit?

Thanks in advance!

Ben

Hey Ben. You'd want the short pot for the Grynch. And if you're looking at keeping it with the stock features, you'll need the afterburner for it as well.
