Hello! I own a ‘95 Custom Mavericks guitar. The manual at the time says the hex wrench size should be 4mm but my truss rod requires a 5mm wrench. Anyone else notice a discrepancy like this?? My truss rod access is at the butt end of the neck(buried) which makes adjustments a PITA!  Also I believe my truss rod is a one way but the manual also says two way truss rod. I’m pretty sure my rod is one way because if I totally loosen it(counter clockwise until it stops) the neck without strings is dead straight. It doesn’t turn any farther. At that point I just turn it clockwise just a bit(1/8 turn) until I feel it “grip”. I then string it up and achieve some relief in the center. 

We’re truss rods of this time period one way and 5mm?? Thanks in advance!!
