Problems turning fine tuners

I bought a used LTD F-200 recently and it's pretty nice, but the fine tuners are super tight. I've read they've got the "special" Floyd Bridges, and that they're known to be a bit of a problem. Tried lubing them, but that didn't seem to do anything. Two of them are easily turned, but the other four hardly budge when muscling them. When bombing the bridge, some of them turn fairly easily, but not consistently, and 2 of them still won't turn any easier. One of the saddle locking bolts seems to be slightly off center underneath on of the tuners that's impossible to turn. I'm curious whether I could have a problem with the saddle lock bolts maybe being worn too much, causing the fine tuning screws to bite into them more than they should? Or if it is probably just due to threads on the bridge or the screws being messed up. If anyone's got any advice, I'd love to hear it, and can post a photo if it'd help.
