No inspection, box candy???

    I just bought a brand new in the box Rainbow Crackle 87. There are no manuals, stickers, warranty card in the box when cut open. Also my inspection sticker is not signed...is this normal??

      It's unusual for a brand new product to be missing manuals, stickers, a warranty card, and to have an uninspected sticker, basket random as these are typically included in the packaging to provide information and assurance to the customer.
