Watching all the promotions (Free Musician's Institute training and a free gig bag) set to expire at the end of the year, while patiently waiting as an April pre-order of the 2022 lineup gets pushed back into 2023.
So, ESP, are you planning on any promotions for customers with 2022 pre-orders?
There should some level of appreciation for customers who have kept their 2022 pre-orders instead of taking their business elsewhere.

I agree 100% ! I’m on the verge of canceling my pre-order with Sweetwater. LTD/ESP really dropped the ball. It sucks, I have 2 LTD”s (EC1000 & Vyper) but my SN-1000 fire blast has been on order for so long …I’m going to cancel it. It sucks when you love a brand, show them loyalty as a customer and end up feeling played by them. I love my LTDs that I have but I’m quickly falling out of love with the brand itself which can’t seem to deliver on the promise of a 2022 model in 2022. This has definitely damaged their reputation with me as a consumer.
