LTD B206-SM no sound

    Hi! So, I have this bass and very happy with it, until today...literally die. New battery on, no sound. Change cable, no sound, change amp?. No sound.

    So, anyone know what can be done on my side?

    Next thing to check, another guitar into original setup.

    After that:

    1) Check to make sure the jack on the bass is making contact with the cable

    2) Check to make sure that the wiring inside the control cavity is still making connections. If they're EMG, make sure they're all plugged into the solderless block.

    If all seems well there, you may have to take the bass to someone who understands the signal path of the wiring better than you. A competent tech should be able to figure out the problem fairly quickly.
