The ESP Guitar Company

Sorry if this is in the wrong place. I have a chance to purchase on of these in black....it's used and has a ding or two but nothing major. Price is $250 Would this be a rip off or a deal I should jump all over? I can't find any info on it since it isn't listed currently on ESP/LTD's site as a current model I assume it's a couple years old. Anyone have an info on it? Played it? Reviews not written by excited 15 year olds on musiciansfriend?
