ESP aficionados knowledge needed MIJ Phoenix questions

Hi folks: I just purchased an ESP Phoenix. I believe it is a Phoenix II however nothing indicates that it is. Definitely made in Japan. I can't seem to find detailed information on it. It must be fairly rare perhaps? Can anyone tell me, or lead me to more information on the specs, nitro or poly finish and a guess at value? I have this same question posted at another forum and have received a little more knowledge. Reverb sales would indicate a value of around $1,500 to $2,000. Not sure if that would be correct or not. What I know is that it has a nice ebony board, maple neck, JB jr. and jazz pickups, two volume controls and no tone control. Plays great and sounds great. I like the neck, from the couple of LTD's that I have played in the stores, this neck is more of a medium D than a thin U shaped. Thanks in advance for any input that you may have.

Hi Noel. It is indeed a Phoenix II, a 2010 model. It's a poly finish, as is virtually everything ESP produces. You can find more information about your guitar on the product archive / catalog page at:

Thanks for the input. The catalog info was helpful. Fun guitar for sure. It is definitely unique to any others that I have owned.
