KH-4 pickguard for a ESP MII?

I have a ESP USA MII from 2001 that I would like to add a pick guard to.   Anyone know of a place that sells the ESP KH-4 pickguards that would fit my guitar?  It is pretty much a KH-2 without the pick guard....
