I got this bass last year, after over a year long wait, that I think is too much for a production model but anyway, this beast is awesome!

Feels really good to play, neck feels just right, the lower horn cutaway for easier access to the last frets is great and the overall look is just perfect for my taste. I also love that the M model basses are getting the F model treatment with having a 35" scale length, really makes the notes crystal clear, if like me you change the strings to thicker BEAD strings. I would have preferred a satin finish, or at least for the back of the neck, but the glossy finish still looks good.

Never had experience with Fishman pickups, but these pups actually sound really good and I like the different possible tonal capabilities. Even though in a band setting it sounds like not much changed with the different mode, tone and blend positions, it's a different story if you're playing at home by yourself though.

Overall it's a great bass and it was worth the long wait in the end, even though I will not wait that long again for a production model. I highly recommend this bass!

By chance what would you say it weights?

Vesa "Vezq" Pietikäinen

My specific bass weights just about 5 kilograms / 11 pounds. But if you decide to get one, there most likely is the chance of getting lucky or unlucky and you might get between 0,5 kg / 1 lbs lighter or heavier bass, I think. Brian C.

I just purchaced my fisrt ESP/LTD electic guitar and i'm impressed. As a I am a bass player but was looking to purchace an electic guitar that was of good quality that wasen't going to break the bank. After months of deliberation and revieweing many of the available options I decided on the ESP LTD EC-256 and glad I did. It was delivered well packed and strait out of the box the setup was really good and only required some minor tweeks. The neck feels comfortable and very "shredable". I had thought that maybe I'll want to upgrade the pickups but was surprised how good these sound. The finish is of top quality and of a standard expected on higher cost guitars. I also like the thinner body than standard Les Paul style guitars. Overall a good purchace at a great price and I'm happy.
