Perhaps more than any other LTD guitar, the SC-607 Baritone is the instrument most closely associated with Deftones guitarist and longtime ESP player Stephen Carpenter. The latest incarnation of this 7-string, 27” scale baritone guitar is being made available in a great-looking Purple Satin finish. The SC-607 Baritone is a neck-thru-body guitar with a three-piece maple neck and mahogany body wings. Its pickups are Stef’s Fishman Fluence SRC Signature set, with a push-pull control to switch between voicings. It also features a TonePros locking TOM bridge and tailpiece, and LTD locking tuners.

I plan on ordering one of these once they are restocked. Several of the videos I have come across show this guitar being a single PU. Are the 2021 models in Steph’s usual double humbucker configuration?

Todd B. ESP

Hi, the current model is 2 hum. We offered a previous version with one hum, but it has been replaced with the current version.

If you have any more questions, please contact ESP Customer Service at customerservice@espguitars.com
