NOTE: Due to ongoing challenges in the global supply chain, instruments purchased from ShopESP that are not currently in stock may take an extended time frame to be delivered.

Jeff Ling handles the lead guitar duties for Australian metalcore kings Parkway Drive, and his Signature Series JL-600 takes the speed demon vibe of the ESP M Series to a whole new level. It offers neck-thru-body construction at 25.5” scale for excellent sustain and smooth, fast access to the higher frets, made even speedier with a satin-finished, unpainted, extra thin U-shaped three-piece maple neck. The JL-600 has a comfortable and resonant alder body and a Macassar ebony fingerboard with glow-in-the-dark side markers, a special “PWD” inlay at the 12th fret, and 24 extra-jumbo frets for two full octaves of rock. Jeff had us include a set of EMG Metalworks 60 (neck) and 81 (bridge) pickups for all the tones you need from creamy rhythms to screaming leads, and the JL-600 also includes a TonePros locking TOM bridge with string-thru-body design and LTD locking tuners. Available in Satin Black finish with Black hardware.

Superbe guitar. Love everything about it, plays so beautifully easily ...  and sounds totally great.
I am glad I snapped one when I had some cash to burn.
One day, I will own a "E-II M-I THRU NT" which is kind of my dream guitar, possibly next to an "E-II HORIZON NT-II".

Carl N.

Glad you enjoy it!

The BEST GUITAR I've ever Played! LOVE IT!

'ESP'ECIALLY The Glowing Sidemarkers! Fuck yes! Thanks ESP!

Carl N.

glad you like it

Can we just reverse the headstock, add a Floyd, and call it the new M-1000?

Carl N.

Hey Charles, we totally could but then it wouldn't be Jeff Ling's signature model anymore.

I also think this needs to happen, if there was a model

of m-1000 more similar to this I’d have 5. Like for real, a hipshot bridge, reverse headstock, oiled neck with direct mount emgs, 3 way toggle and just a volume knob on a m series with the extra thin u would be the perfect guitar…well with a graphtec nut..and make it in a 7 as well…please esp consider some of us long time buyers as inspiration for what would it may sell….I’m gonna be buying another one of these because I love it….but there’s a few thing I’d definitely change as musician….but that’s just my opinion ‍♂️

Jonathan N.

Yeah, I'd like more M-series guitars with fixed bridges.
